My name is Winston and I am 3 years old. What can I tell you about myself? Well, I possess what they call animal magnetism. Girls just flock to me, man, because I am such a handsome dude. I?d like a whole harem of pretty girls in my dreams but realistically I would be so happy just to be loved and have a forever home.
Right now I am in foster with two girls: Grace and Samantha. Grace just arrived yesterday and she is a pretty little thing so I tried one of my best lines on her. I asked her if she hurt herself when she fell from heaven and she retorted that she is a princess and could I please come up with a better line than that. Well, what does she expect me to do? Think? That is asking a lot of me because I usually have the girl at ?hello?. What?s a handsome dude to do? Well, I worked my charm a little bit and now we are getting along just great. My foster dad keeps telling me that poking things with my nose or my paws maybe isn?t the best approach so I am working on it. When it comes to people I am a people guy! My foster dad says I work hard to please and am a very loving boy. I am quickly learning his commands. I crave a human touch and like to meet people. My ears are cropped but do not stand but that doesn?t matter. I really just want to find my forever home and settle in. I?m a great dog. I don?t understand why I was left to run and never reclaimed. All of our dogs are current with all shots, are on heart worm preventative monthly and are neutered/spayed. All dogs are tail docked. All of the above Dobes are pure breed Dobermans unless otherwise noted.

Please Note:
In most cases we require a fenced yard.
We do not place our rescue dogs in homes with very young children (under the age of 8 years). We set these limitations, not because of aggression issues with our dogs, but because Dobermans are generally large, active dogs and can easily knock down, run over or easily trip a small child, causing a serious fall. Also, we reserve the right to refuse adoption for any reason.
Our adoption area encompasses Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.
